About the role#
The Networks New Product Introduction (NPI) team at Ericsson brings new cellular and radio access network (RAN) products from development into customer environments. As an intern, you will work with solution architects, engineers, and product teams to integrate, validate, and troubleshoot these solutions. You will gain practical experience in technical validation, network testing, and cross-functional collaboration.
What you'll do#
- Support the design and preparation of cellular and RAN solutions based on project requirements.
- Assist with the integration and validation of new products and features in laboratory and customer environments.
- Participate in testing activities, document results, identify issues, and track actions to completion.
- Analyze network behavior, alarms, logs, and performance data to support troubleshooting efforts.
- Prepare technical documentation, test reports, presentations, and diagrams.
- Collaborate with R&D, delivery teams, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to investigate technical issues and document findings clearly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Interest in cellular communications, wireless networks, and systems integration.

- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: This is an on-site position.
- Employment: This is a full-time, paid internship.
