We are looking for a talented PaT Business Performance Intern who wants to be part of a team to grow our North American Business. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our high-performing and fast-paced team and be part of shaping the future of Ericsson and the telecoms industry. In this role, you will get exposure to a wide range of stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Commercial, Operations, and transformation teams. We assist our partners in solving their toughest problems, by blending fact-based insights with result-driven improvements. Our team works side-by-side and with high velocity to develop and implement solutions with the ability to scale globally. The skills you bring:Actively enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business or a related fieldA steadfast drive to solve tough problemsThe motivation to learn and constantly improve processes and toolsThe ability to quickly identify root causes by using large data setsConsulting skills and the ability to think strategicallyThe ability to quickly adapt and pivot in a constantly changing business environmentThe people skills required to work with all roles within EricssonCourage to challenge leadership and our current ways of workingThe ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal formAdvanced MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skillsThe ability to work effectively independently and in teamsMust have at least a 2.7+ GPA on a 4.0 scale or equivalentActively enrolled on a full-time basis at an accredited 4-year college or university at the time of the internshipGrit! You might also have: Experience with Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps, or data analytics toolsExperience in Agile, Lean Six Sigma, and change managementAbility to work as an individual contributor with strong technical skills to deliver coded solutions.In-depth technical knowledge and practical understanding in automation, solution building, and AI.Ability to collaborate across teams but operate autonomously on given projects or initiatives.
