About the role#
We are looking for an intern to join our RAN Site Construction and Engineering Operations team. This role offers hands-on experience in the operational planning and execution of multi-site cellular network deployments. You will work alongside engineering, construction, and field operations teams, as well as external vendors and subcontractors, to track progress and improve project efficiency.
What you'll do#
- Maintain project trackers, schedules, milestone reports, and action-item lists for RAN deployments.
- Monitor site progress from initial planning through construction, installation, and final handoff.
- Collect status updates from engineering teams, field crews, and subcontractors.
- Prepare reports summarizing progress, milestones, risks, and upcoming activities.
- Organize project documentation, including site records, drawings, scopes of work, and closeout packages.
- Support logistics for equipment, materials, site access, and workforce scheduling.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks, schedule conflicts, and operational risks.
- Develop spreadsheets, dashboards, and tools to improve project visibility.
- Coordinate meetings and document decisions, deadlines, and owners.
- Verify that project records are accurate and stored according to company procedures.
- Assist teams in implementing process improvements and escalate coordination issues.
- Follow all company, customer, quality, and safety requirements.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, or basic programming like Python.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Comfort learning telecommunications concepts and technical tools.
- Familiarity with project management, data analysis, or IT operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of RAN architecture, RF principles, and network deployment fundamentals is helpful.

- This is a paid, full-time internship.
