About the role#
We are looking for an Integration Co-op to join our team for the Summer 2027 term. You will work on analyzing, preparing, implementing, and verifying the configuration and integration of nodes, networks, and systems. This role involves working in Ericsson labs, customer labs, and live customer production environments. You will be part of a collaborative team environment and are expected to work 40 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Plan software product deployment and integration for Cloud Infrastructure.
- Perform software installation, configuration, integration, and migration tasks.
- Prepare, document, and execute module, end-to-end, and acceptance tests.
- Troubleshoot and identify defects, then resolve them or seek a solution.
- Perform occasional scripting and coding.
- Identify and drive improvements to our products or internal processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- A minimum GPA of 2.7 on a 4.0 scale.
- Knowledge of software deployment processes, including installation and testing.
- Understanding of TCP/IP networking principles and protocols.
- Familiarity with operating systems, specifically Linux.
- Understanding of Cloud Platform concepts like virtualization and containerization.
- Experience with tools for CICD, automation, DevOps, and software configuration management.
- Basic knowledge of Agile delivery processes, including Scrum and Sprints.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and containers.
- Critical thinking skills and a strong desire to work in collaborative team environments.
