About the role#
The RF R&D team is seeking a Digital Hardware Engineering Intern to work with experienced engineers on hardware and software products. You will be assigned a mentor to guide you through your project and work term. This role offers exposure to the product development cycle, including design, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing.
What you'll do#
- Learn professional techniques for schematic design, board layout, board validation, or FPGA programming.
- Develop hardware and software solutions for design validation.
- Diagnose and debug technical challenges.
- Perform research as required to complete assigned projects.
- Interact with staff across R&D hardware and software organizations.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a similar STEM field.
- Understanding of electronics, computers, and programming.
- Basic knowledge in analog circuit design principles.
- Strong work ethic and drive to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a group environment.
