Hardware Engineering Co-Op

About the role#

This is a full-time, paid Hardware Engineering Co-Op position based in Louisville, Kentucky. You will work alongside experienced engineers to gain hands-on experience and contribute to real-world projects within the automation machinery manufacturing industry.

What you'll do#

• Collaborate with engineers to revise and update existing hardware architectural drawings.
• Create new hardware architectural drawings using AutoCAD software.
• Participate in team brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas to ongoing projects.
• Conduct research and analysis to support hardware design decisions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of hardware components.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in an accredited university pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software, or a willingness to learn the program.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
