About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Hardware Engineering Co-Op position based at our Louisville office. You will work alongside experienced engineers to gain hands-on experience in hardware design and automation machinery manufacturing.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with engineers to revise and update existing hardware architectural drawings.
- Create new hardware architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas to ongoing projects.
- Conduct research and analysis to support hardware design decisions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure hardware components integrate effectively.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited university pursuing a degree in electrical engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or a willingness to learn the software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
