About the role#
EMBREY is hiring a Construction Field Intern for the Summer 2027 program in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship for students currently pursuing a four-year degree. You will spend 10 weeks gaining hands-on experience in the real estate construction industry.
What you'll do#
You will support the field team with daily operations. You will also take ownership of a special project that aligns with department goals.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a four-year degree program, specifically in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Completion of your sophomore or junior year.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

This position is located in Phoenix, AZ. It is an on-site, full-time internship for Summer 2027. We do not provide sponsorship for this role.
