About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship program for students interested in Human Resources. You will work alongside our People Services team to gain real-world experience in the real estate industry. This is a full-time, paid position based in San Antonio.
What you'll do#
- Support the People Services team with daily operations.
- Lead a special project that aligns with departmental goals.
- Collaborate with experienced professionals to build your professional foundation.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a four-year degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Completed your sophomore or junior year of college.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently, and contribute as a team player.
