About the role#
The Embrey Internship Program for the Class of 2027 offers students hands-on experience within a real estate investment, development, and management firm. You will work within a designated business unit to support daily operations while gaining insight into how our company functions. This program is designed to help you build a foundation for your future career.
What you'll do#
- Provide daily support to your assigned business unit.
- Complete a special project from start to finish.
- Present your project findings to the Executive Leadership Team at the end of the program.
- Participate in company overview sessions and leadership development training.
- Attend the program kick-off and various networking events.
- Contribute to community impact initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment at an accredited university in a four-year degree program.
- Completion of your sophomore or junior year.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working both independently and as part of a team.
