About the role#
This internship provides an 8-10 week experience focused on real estate and development. You will work on active projects to build practical skills and gain industry exposure.
What you'll do#
- Assist with project due diligence, including market research and preliminary budgeting.
- Track development schedules and update timelines for key milestones.
- Coordinate and gather bids for pre-construction activities.
- Support permit applications and organize documentation for approvals.
- Contribute to project reporting.
- Participate in team meetings.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to approach problems both logically and creatively.
- Comfort working independently and as part of a team.
- An energetic and resourceful approach to learning.
