About the role#
This internship offers an 8-10 week experience focused on real estate and development. You will work on projects that provide exposure to the industry and help build skills for your future career. This position is based on-site in Kansas City.
What you'll do#
- Assist with project due diligence, including market research and preliminary budgeting.
- Track development schedules and update timelines for key milestones.
- Coordinate and gather bids for pre-construction activities.
- Support permit applications and organize documentation for approvals.
- Contribute to project reporting and participate in team meetings.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to approach problems both logically and creatively.
- Comfort working independently and as part of a team.
- A resourceful and eager approach to learning in a hands-on environment.
