About the role#
This internship provides practical experience within our construction operations. You will work with the Corporate team to understand daily responsibilities and how this function fits into the broader real estate business. This is a paid, full-time position for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Learn company applications and operational techniques through training.
- Assist with financial, administrative, and other reports and analysis.
- Partner with various teams on special projects.
- Create documentation for processes, procedures, and testing results.
- Conduct research and prepare assessments of conceptual ideas.
- Complete a capstone project and final presentation.
- Participate in program events including orientation, workshops, and speaker series.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 2 or 4-year undergraduate degree program.
- A genuine interest in pursuing a career in the real estate industry.

- Location: Needham, Massachusetts.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Term: June 1, 2027, to August 6, 2027.
- Compensation: $33 per hour.
