About the role#
This internship offers an immersion into the multifamily construction industry. You will work on multimillion-dollar projects while gaining hands-on experience as part of an in-house general contractor team. The program runs from June 2, 2027, to August 6, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Assist the project team with site management, subcontractor coordination, and inspections of completed work.
- Manage project controls, such as requests for information, submittals, and document management.
- Join project planning meetings and reviews.
- Help the preconstruction team perform quantity take offs, develop bid packages, solicit bids, and prepare estimates.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor's degree program for Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
- Graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
- Strong skills in organization, time management, and project management.
- Ability to track, report, and manage multiple priorities.
- A sharp eye for detail and a focus on quality.

- Compensation: $27.50 per hour.
