About the role#
This internship provides students with practical experience in construction within the real estate industry. You will work with the corporate team to learn daily operations and gain insight into how this function fits into the broader business.
What you'll do#
- Complete in-house training programs to learn company applications and operational techniques.
- Assist senior team members with financial, administrative, and other reports.
- Partner with various teams on special projects.
- Create documentation for processes, procedures, and testing results.
- Conduct research and prepare assessments for conceptual ideas.
- Complete a final Capstone Project and presentation.
- Participate in program events including orientation, workshops, lunch and learns, mentorship activities, and site visits.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 2 or 4-year undergraduate degree program.
- An interest in pursuing a career in the real estate industry.

- Location: The East Quarter, Weymouth, Massachusetts.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 1, 2027 to August 6, 2027).
- Modality: On-site.
- Employment type: Full time.
- Compensation: $33 per hour.
