About the role#
This is an entry-level position within the Digital Content team. You will support the creation, maintenance, and publishing of digital content assets across company platforms, including internal websites and applications. You will work with various teams to produce high-quality work while adhering to brand and digital standards.
What you'll do#
- Support the development of digital assets such as text, images, and video.
- Manage the publishing and maintenance of content across digital channels.
- Collaborate with diverse individuals and teams to complete projects.
- Handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ensure all work aligns with established brand and digital guidelines.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor's degree.
- Previous internship or co-op experience at Duke Energy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A basic understanding of web content, digital content management, accessibility, and SEO principles.
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, SharePoint, content management systems, or analytics platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
