About the role#
As a Marketing Data Science Intern, you will work with experienced data scientists and marketing professionals to support data-driven strategies. You will contribute to projects involving predictive modeling, customer behavior analysis, and marketing optimization across various product lines. This role offers hands-on experience in advanced analytics and machine learning while working toward high-impact business outcomes.
What you'll do#
- Assist in building and refining predictive models to forecast customer behaviors like churn, lifetime value, and purchase propensity.
- Participate in data preparation, model training, and validation tasks.
- Work on media spend attribution models, structure data for analysis, and assist in scenario planning for marketing optimization.
- Analyze large datasets to derive insights about customer segments, behavior patterns, and marketing performance.
- Contribute to the personalization of marketing campaigns using data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand their data needs and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- At least two years completed toward a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Basic knowledge of data manipulation and visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
- Interest in predictive modeling, machine learning, and data-driven marketing strategies.
- Strong interest in digital marketing with a focus on acquisition strategies.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Google, Meta, or TikTok.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and a willingness to contribute ideas to marketing campaigns.

- Compensation: Paid position ($28.00 per hour).
