About the role#
As a People Intern for Summer 2027, you will join our global HR function to gain hands-on experience across multiple disciplines. This internship uses a project-based structure to provide exposure to initiatives that drive employee experience, organizational performance, and operational excellence. You will work alongside our teams on meaningful projects and receive mentorship from senior leaders.
What you'll do#
- Support project work across People Team functions including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Compensation, and People Operations.
- Assist with recruiting processes, internship programming, employer branding, and data insights.
- Contribute to performance management, change management, and organizational design projects.
- Participate in Workday optimization, reporting, analytics, and process improvements.
- Support year-end compensation processes, data validation, and job architecture reviews.
- Assist in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs while supporting LMS administration.
- Partner with HR leaders and business units to provide strategic support on employee engagement and workforce planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams, conduct research, create presentations, and prepare documentation.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with at least two years completed.
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, Finance, or a related field.
- Graduation date between December 2027 and July 2029.
- Strong curiosity, motivation to learn, and a passion for people-focused work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with HR systems like Workday, LMS, or ServiceNow is a plus.
- Must not require sponsorship for employment visa status.

- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The program runs from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
- You must be available to work full-time and on-site in New York City during this period.
- The role is hybrid.
