About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience supporting capital projects at Dominion Energy. You will work alongside experienced professionals to gain exposure to project management principles, supply chain operations, and power generation initiatives including renewable, fossil, hydro, and cybersecurity projects.
What you'll do#
- Support various phases of the project lifecycle.
- Assist with project scoping, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Help with project execution and closeout activities.
- Develop a broad understanding of company business and operations.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Anticipated graduation date of Spring 2028 or 2029.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
