About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to support the development, negotiation, and administration of customer contracts. You will work under the direction of a supervisor or mentor to help manage agreements for retail, municipal, and state customer groups. This role involves interpreting policies, navigating regulatory issues, and assisting with service territory adjustments. You will gain experience in analyzing contractual rights and understanding the economic consequences of these agreements.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the preparation of complex customer agreements and master contracts.
- Provide guidance on the interpretation of policies, filed terms, and service agreements.
- Help process Service Territory Boundary Adjustment requests.
- Support the preparation of testimony, exhibits, and regulatory commission filings.
- Participate in the development and implementation of company policies affecting major customer groups.
- Assist with project design parameters to determine customer charges and analyze industry trends.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a 4-year degree program or a 2-year program with the intent to transfer.
- A graduation date of Spring 2028 or later.
- A minimum GPA of 2.5.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong planning, organizing, and project management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with an inquisitive nature.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.

- Compensation: $21.00 - $29.00 per hour.
