About the role#
As an Architect Intern, you will support our industrial architectural practice by designing and building food and beverage processing facilities. You will work on complex projects that require coordination with project managers, process designers, and various engineering disciplines throughout all phases of design and construction.
What you'll do#
- Prepare programming and concept development documentation to meet client needs.
- Assist the Project Manager in establishing budgets and project work plans.
- Execute design and architectural detailing tasks, including site planning and building layouts.
- Produce schematics, design development, and construction documents.
- Maintain contact with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in Architecture.
- Understanding of the project management process.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency or experience with Revit is strongly preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to visit project sites and offices.

- This role is based in Springfield, Massachusetts.
- This is an on-site, full-time, paid internship.
- The position follows a rolling term.
