About the role#
The Support Delivery team ensures a consistent, high-quality customer experience by monitoring case activity and coordinating complex support needs. As an intern, you will help maintain visibility into customer health, align internal teams, and drive issues toward resolution. This role focuses on building foundational experience in support operations, relationship management, and technology-enabled process improvement.
What you'll do#
- Monitor support cases and queues to promote timely responses and track issue progression.
- Support coordination across internal teams for complex or multi-team customer issues.
- Identify potential customer experience gaps, delays, or trends and escalate findings to leadership.
- Participate in internal meetings regarding customer support needs and escalation management.
- Draft clear internal and customer-facing communications, including status updates and meeting recaps.
- Assist Support Delivery Managers in preparing materials for customer and leadership updates.
- Explore practical ways AI and automation can improve workflows and reduce manual effort.
- Test and evaluate AI-enabled tools designed to improve productivity and knowledge access.
- Contribute to and document Support playbooks, including FAQs and resolution paths.
- Organize and maintain documentation in Confluence and internal wikis.
- Support the creation of onboarding and enablement materials.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Operations, Information Systems, Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to clarity and tone.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Genuine interest in customer experience, service delivery, and process improvement.
- Curiosity about AI, automation, and how emerging technologies solve business problems.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to ask questions and seek solutions independently.
- Willingness to challenge existing processes and bring forward new ideas.
- Comfort working in a collaborative and cross-functional environment.
Location & details#
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 2027 - April 2027).
- Modality: Remote.
- Employment: Full-time (37.5 - 40 hours weekly).
- Compensation: CAD 21.54 - 25.64 Hourly.
