About the role#
As a Proposal Advisory Intern, you will join the revenue organization to help build proposals for prospective customers. You will work alongside sales and advisory teams to participate in the sales process, learn about the Dayforce product, and contribute to active bids. This is a full-time, 8-month internship running from January 2027 to August 2027.
What you'll do#
- Create and maintain a library of reusable proposal content, templates, and case studies.
- Coordinate and organize proposal development activities, such as kickoff meetings and reviews.
- Participate in the sales process and contribute to fast-moving bids.
- Learn about the company and the Dayforce product.
What you'll need#
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently while operating within a team project structure.
- Bonus points for proficiency in French or Spanish.
Location & details#
- This role is remote.
- This is a paid, full-time position requiring 37.5 to 40 hours per week.
- We are looking for students in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
