About the role#
The Global Advisory team is looking for a motivated intern to support strategic initiatives and daily operations. You will work with the Global Advisory Program and Innovations Manager to gain exposure to project management, data analytics, reporting, and process improvement. This role offers the chance to contribute to impactful projects while building professional skills.
What you'll do#
- Support team operations including reporting, communications, and CRM maintenance.
- Assist in managing key project tasks to ensure they stay on track.
- Analyze data and transform insights into clear presentations for leadership.
- Prepare reports and materials for stakeholders.
- Help plan and execute meetings, events, and workshops.
- Collaborate with teams across the broader Dayforce ecosystem.
- Document and refine processes and tools to improve efficiency.
- Gain experience with SaaS sales processes and knowledge management systems.
- Improve team knowledge-sharing practices.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university degree program for business, project management, or a related field.
- A curious, proactive, and self-starting mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Solid Excel skills and comfort working with data.
- Creativity and a willingness to take initiative.
- Familiarity with project planning tools, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, or Power BI is an asset.
- Interest in data analytics, reporting, or process automation is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Canada and the U.S. is preferred.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid remote internship.
- Available terms: Winter 2027 or Summer 2027.
- Duration: 4 or 8 months.
- Full-time availability of 37.5 to 40 hours per week is required.
