About the role#
The Global Advisory team is looking for a motivated intern to support strategic initiatives and daily operations. You will work with the Global Advisory Program and Innovations Manager to gain experience in project management, data analysis, reporting, and process improvement. This role offers the chance to contribute to impactful projects and build skills across multiple business units.
What you'll do#
- Support team operations including reporting, communications, and CRM maintenance.
- Assist in managing project tasks to ensure they remain on track and well-documented.
- Analyze data and transform insights into clear presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of meetings, events, and workshops.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the broader Dayforce ecosystem.
- Document and refine processes, tools, and guidelines to drive efficiency.
- Gain experience with SaaS sales processes and knowledge management systems.
- Contribute to improving team knowledge-sharing practices.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a university degree in business, project management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proactive and self-starting mindset with a curiosity to learn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Solid Excel skills and comfort working with data.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Creative and resourceful approach to taking initiative.
- Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project planning tools.
- Preferred: Experience or interest in Salesforce, Power BI, data analytics, or process automation.
- Preferred: Willingness to travel occasionally within Canada and the U.S.

- Term: Winter 2027 (4 or 8 months) or Summer 2027.
- Modality: Remote.
- Status: Full-time (37.5 to 40 hours weekly).
- Compensation: CAD 21.54 - 25.64 hourly.
