About the role#
David Zwirner is seeking a Registration & Production Intern for the Fall 2026 term. This role supports the gallery team with exhibition planning, documentation, and inventory management. The position is on-site in New York.
What you'll do#
- Build physical scale models and visual materials for gallery exhibitions.
- Create digital architectural models, 3D renderings, and floor plans using Rhino.
- Organize, edit, and upload Condition Report files into the database.
- Maintain the ongoing project of digitizing shipping documents.
- Assist with project-based inventory spreadsheets.
- Support exhibition projects by digitizing checklists and creating installation manuals or maps.
What you'll need#
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Excel.
- A working knowledge of artist materials and media.
- A diligent, organized, and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Background in Art, Graphic Design, or Architecture.
Location & details#
- Location: New York, New York.
- Term: Fall 2026 (September 14th to December 18th).
- Schedule: 10AM to 6PM, 3 to 4 days per week.
- Compensation: Paid at $17 per hour.
- Eligibility: Must be a resident of NY, NJ, or CT.
