About the role#
David Zwirner is seeking a Registration & Production Intern for the Fall 2026 term. This role supports the gallery's exhibition program through architectural modeling, documentation, and administrative support. The position requires a commitment of 3 to 4 days per week, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
What you'll do#
- Build physical scale models and visual materials for gallery exhibitions.
- Create digital architectural models, 3D renderings, and floor plans using Rhino.
- Organize, edit, and upload Condition Report files to the internal database.
- Maintain the ongoing project of digitizing shipping documents.
- Assist with project-based inventory spreadsheets.
- Support exhibition-related tasks, including digitizing checklists and assisting with installation manuals and maps.
What you'll need#
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of artist materials and media.
- A diligent, organized, and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Educational background in Art, Graphic Design, or Architecture is preferred.
