About the role#
David Zwirner is seeking a motivated Client Development Intern for the Fall 2026 term at its New York gallery. This role supports the Client Development team by maintaining accurate records and assisting with research projects. This is a paid, on-site internship designed for individuals interested in gaining experience in the daily operations of a contemporary art gallery.
What you'll do#
- Enter and extract information within the database.
- Update existing records to ensure data accuracy.
- Conduct research using print and digital publications.
- Assist the sales team with various research projects.
- Complete ad hoc projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Comfort working with large amounts of data.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A genuine interest in contemporary art and the gallery program.
- Ability to exercise diligence, discretion, and strong time management.
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Art, Business Administration, or Communications.
Location & details#
- Location: New York, New York.
- Term: Fall 2026 (September 14 through December 18).
- Commitment: 2 to 3 days per week, 10 AM to 6 PM.
- This position is on-site and requires residency in NY, NJ, or CT.
