About the role#
Dana Incorporated is hiring an IT Co-Op for the Fall 2026 term. This role provides exposure to enterprise IT initiatives, including AI enablement and Microsoft Copilot adoption. You will work with IT teams and business stakeholders to support daily operations and contribute to projects that improve organizational systems and user experience.
What you'll do#
- Support the rollout and adoption of Microsoft Copilot and AI tools across the organization.
- Assist in developing user guides, best practices, and training materials.
- Support IT communications, including documentation, presentations, and internal updates.
- Complete a defined IT project focused on research, analysis, or process improvement.
- Document processes, workflows, and best practices.
- Participate in AI agent design, testing, and deployment.
- Assist with day-to-day IT operational activities and project tracking.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
- Basic understanding of IT systems, tools, and concepts.
- Interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while working independently or as part of a team.
