About the role#
This is an 11-week summer internship program. You will join the Project Management Office to assist with business process improvements. You will work on an individual project with your team and collaborate with other interns on a group project. The role involves supporting analysts, schedulers, and project managers with the implementation of processes for New Product Development lifecycles.
What you'll do#
- Assist senior project managers in developing project plans and schedules for IT initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication throughout project lifecycles.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to keep timelines on track.
- Support data analysis and reporting to provide insights into project performance and resource allocation.
- Create and maintain project documentation, such as requirements, specifications, and progress reports.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve project efficiency.
- Engage in networking, social events, and team building activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program with a graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering.
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must not require sponsorship for employment now or in the future.
