    About the role#

    Daikin U.S. Corporation offers an 11-week summer internship program for students. You will work within the Project Management Office to assist with business process improvements. This role involves using data and analytical skills to support project delivery goals and helping team members implement processes for New Product Development lifecycles.

    What you'll do#

    • Assist senior project managers in developing project plans and schedules for IT initiatives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project lifecycles.
    • Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to keep timelines on track.
    • Support data analysis and reporting to provide insights into project performance and resource allocation.
    • Create and maintain project documentation, such as requirements, specifications, and progress reports.
    • Work on an individual project with your team and a group project with other interns.
    • Participate in team meetings, networking events, and team-building activities.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a degree program related to Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering.
    • Graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
    • At least 18 years of age.
    • Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.

    • This is a paid, full-time position.
