About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to support the daily operations of our retail pharmacy. You will focus on delivering care to patients while maintaining a safe and effective work environment. This role allows you to gain professional experience in pharmacy practice, patient care programs, and team collaboration.
What you'll do#
- Ensure patient safety and adhere to all regulatory requirements.
- Manage pharmacy workflow, inventory, and quality assurance tasks.
- Provide customer service and support the adoption of patient care programs.
- Model company values by showing empathy and compassion to patients and colleagues.
- Facilitate a positive team culture.
- Provide patient immunizations once state regulations are met.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver better health outcomes.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining one.
- 0 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to complete all required training within state guidelines.
- Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to remain mobile, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Immunization eligibility.

- Compensation: $20.00 to $23.75 per hour.
