About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern at CVS Health, you will work under the supervision of a preceptor to assist the pharmacy team. This role allows you to gain professional experience while contributing to patient care and pharmacy operations. You will be part of a team focused on delivering health services in a community setting.
What you'll do#
- Participate in all aspects of the prescription filling process.
- Provide patient counseling to support health outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide coordinated patient care.
- Offer health screenings and immunizations when appropriate.
- Manage pharmacy inventory to ensure availability of medications.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a School of Pharmacy.
- An active Pharmacy Intern License in the state of California.
- You must not be on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
- No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.

- This position is located in Costa Mesa, California.
- The role is on-site and part-time.
- This is a paid internship with a rolling term.
