About the role#
The Global Employment Practices team manages employment strategies to ensure compliance and positive employee experiences. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in HR compliance, employee relations, and global mobility. You will support the team in mitigating risk and maintaining consistent employment policies.
What you'll do#
- Research and summarize best practices for employment policies.
- Assist with policy development and training initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for employee relations and HR compliance projects.
- Manage domestic mobility and immigration files in the case management platform.
- Initiate new cases with service providers.
- Support wage audits, unemployment claims, and I-9 audit projects.
- Fulfill requests for personnel files.
- Help review and approve global remote work requests.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's program for Human Resources, Business Administration, Pre-Law, or a related field.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and online research tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to solve problems and work effectively in ambiguous situations.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- Compensation: $22.02 - $33.08 per hour.
