About the role#
The Microsoft 365 Operations team manages and improves the enterprise platform. As an intern, you will work alongside engineers to analyze new features and enhance existing applications. You will gain technical experience with SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange email technologies while contributing to the overall user experience.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate on projects, analyze data, and support organizational change.
- Perform day-to-day duties within M365 Operations roles.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and proactive issue resolution.
- Create and maintain troubleshooting guides and best practice documentation.
- Support initiatives to increase user awareness of M365 tools.
- Take on stretch assignments as offered by the team or the internship program.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student with a graduation date no earlier than December 2027.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and remote collaboration tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple tasks.
- A process-oriented mindset with an interest in creative solutioning and innovation.
- Self-motivation and critical thinking skills.
- Successful completion of a background check.

- Compensation: $24.23 to $36.35 per hour.
