About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Atlanta, Georgia. You will work with the Inventory Solutions Finance team at Cox Automotive to evaluate how technology investments support our marketplace strategy. This position is hybrid, allowing for a mix of remote and in-office work.
What you'll do#
- Learn our marketplace strategy and the major technology investments that support it.
- Connect individual investments to specific strategic goals so leaders understand the purpose behind the spending.
- Build a simple, repeatable framework to evaluate these investments, measuring financial impact, efficiency, speed, and client experience.
- Analyze raw data, simplify the findings, and identify key takeaways.
- Test your framework against real-world investments.
- Assist in developing presentations for an executive-level audience.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Comfort using Excel and an interest in working with data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak clearly to all levels of the business.
- Solid analytical and research abilities.
- Current authorization to work in the United States for any employer without the need for current or future sponsorship.
