About the role#
The Commercial Marketing Intern program provides hands-on experience within a global agriculture company. You will work on business priorities, learn how marketing connects customer needs to products and services, and build professional relationships across the organization. This is a full-time, paid position that includes a company computer and training.
What you'll do#
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.
- Conduct customer, market, and competitive research.
- Gather and analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop presentations, sales enablement tools, and customer-facing materials.
- Gather feedback from customers, channel partners, and internal sales teams.
- Track program performance and translate results into insights.
- Manage an independent marketing project and present recommendations to business leaders.
- Develop a work plan in partnership with your manager or mentor.
- Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Communications departments.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Agricultural Business, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Initiative, creativity, and a willingness to learn.
