About the role#
Corteva Agriscience is looking for students to join our Research and Development organization for a summer internship. You will work alongside scientists, engineers, and data professionals to contribute to projects that support agriculture. This role offers the chance to build technical skills and network within an industrial R&D setting.
What you'll do#
- Participate in digital projects focused on data, automation, and analytics.
- Work with R&D stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into digital solutions.
- Develop, improve, or automate data workflows, dashboards, and internal tools.
- Apply your knowledge of machine learning, software engineering, and data science to solve research problems.
- Present your progress through project reviews and a final poster session.
- Follow safety protocols and contribute to the company safety culture.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate program in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- A strong interest in automation, analytics, software development, or AI-enabled solutions.
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to engage with stakeholders.
- Experience with tools like Python, SQL, Power BI, or Microsoft Azure is a plus.
Location & details#
- Location: Indianapolis, Indiana.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Commitment: Full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks between May and August.
- This is a paid, on-site internship.
- Relocation to Indianapolis is required for the duration of the program.
