About the role#
Trans Ova is seeking a student to support marketing communications and strengthen the experience clients have throughout their relationship with the company. This internship combines content creation, research, collaboration, and a structured client journey improvement project.
What you'll do#
- Learn the key stages of the client journey from first inquiry through ongoing service.
- Review marketing materials, emails, web pages, presentations, and social content.
- Speak with internal team members to identify common client questions and information gaps.
- Attend events to observe client questions and identify content opportunities.
- Build and present a client journey evaluation, including a journey map, sample materials, and recommendations.
- Create content including social graphics, captions, educational posts, short-form videos, FAQ materials, checklists, and handouts.
- Prepare content for campaigns, events, and seasonal topics.
- Capture, edit, and organize photos and video at trade shows, events, and company locations.
- Track basic campaign performance and keep content revisions organized.
What you'll need#
- Upperclassman status pursuing a degree in agricultural communications, marketing, communications, agricultural business, or a related field.
- Strong writing, communication, research, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant creative work such as social content, graphic design, photography, video, or writing.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar social media content creation tools.
- Ability to translate information from multiple sources into clear and useful content.
- Comfort asking questions, gathering feedback, and incorporating revisions.
- Ability to balance independent project work with ongoing requests and deadlines.
- Interest in animal reproduction and client service is preferred, though not required.

- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship based in Sioux Center, Iowa.
- The position operates on a rolling term.
