About the role#
Trans Ova Genetics is hiring an Embryo Sales Intern to represent our reproductive technologies in key cattle markets. You will gain hands-on experience by working with Regional Business Managers, Dairy Consultants, and senior leadership. This role focuses on client education, direct producer engagement, and promoting genetic solutions to improve herd efficiency.
What you'll do#
- Represent the company at trade events, livestock shows, and on-farm visits.
- Talk with producers to learn about their specific herd goals.
- Market and sell IVF, embryo transfer, and genetic services.
- Educate clients on the benefits of our reproductive technologies.
- Use Hubspot to log client interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand our full-service delivery model.
- Participate in Satellite reviews to discuss site performance and improvements.
- Provide feedback on your experience and share insights on industry needs.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a college program for Agriculture, Animal Science, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of cattle reproduction, including IVF, embryo transfer, and donor management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer proficiency, with experience in herd management software considered a plus.
- A willingness to learn and develop your professional skills.
- Ability to represent the brand professionally at all times.
- Prior experience working with beef or dairy producers is preferred.
