About the role#
The Sustainable Development (SD) team manages sustainability policies, governance, and processes across international operations. This role integrates environmental and social performance into business strategy, planning, and decision-making. Interns receive on-the-job training and exposure to functions such as public policy, supply chain, finance, and operations. Assignments last between 10 and 14 weeks.
What you'll do#
- Support the development and implementation of sustainability standards and practices.
- Conduct data gathering, analysis, and assessment on sustainability topics.
- Perform benchmarking and research on sustainability initiatives.
- Engage with cross-functional teams on sustainability projects.
- Contribute to reports regarding environmental and social performance.
What you'll need#
- Pursuit of a Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Engineering and Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Expected graduation date between Fall 2027 and Spring/Fall 2028.
- Minimum cumulative and major GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis (sponsorship is not available).
