About the role#
The MBA Development Program is an 11-week summer internship designed to provide exposure to strategic functions within the company. This project-based program offers participants the opportunity to engage with senior leadership and gain experience in areas such as investment appraisal, strategy and portfolio management, acquisitions and divestitures, treasury, and low carbon technologies. Successful completion of the internship provides the opportunity to compete for full-time placement in the MBA Development Program upon graduation.
What you'll do#
- Assist in corporate strategy framing and evaluation.
- Perform economic evaluation and risk analysis for proposed projects.
- Analyze financing options for capital projects.
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and profit objectives.
- Develop economic and business models.
- Assist in managing and analyzing debt and equity capital market activities.
- Assist in evaluating acquisition and disposition opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an MBA degree with a focus on Finance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum cumulative MBA GPA of 3.5.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without company sponsorship.
