About the role#
The Human Resources Summer Internship Program provides students with hands-on experience across various HR functions, including Centers of Excellence and HR Operations. Interns receive formal mentorship, participate in weekly seminars, and engage in professional and social activities. The program concludes with a presentation delivered to HR leadership regarding your project work and overall experience.
What you'll do#
- Support various lines of business as an HR Business Partner.
- Engage in Talent Management activities, such as recruiting, talent development, or learning.
- Assist with Compensation and Benefits tasks.
- Participate in projects spanning different HR functions.
- Develop and deliver a presentation to HR leaders at the end of the internship.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Senior or Graduate student pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum cumulative and major GPA of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale.
- Ability to start the internship in mid-late May 2027.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
