About the role#
This position offers a 12-month work term starting in January 2027. You will work within the Oil Sands Campus Recruitment team to support student hiring initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based at the Albian Oil Sands site.
What you'll do#
- Provide administrative support to the Oil Sands Campus Advisors.
- Build and maintain working relationships with Campus Advisors and other HR professionals.
- Learn full-cycle recruitment processes, including pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.
- Manage data, documentation, and the organization of onboarding paperwork.

- Current enrollment in a degree or diploma program in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and proof-reading skills.

Location & details#
- Location: Fort McMurray, Alberta.
- Shift schedule: 4 days on, 3 days off, 10 hours per day (Monday to Thursday).
- This is a safety-sensitive position.
- You must have legal authorization to work in Canada without restrictions.
