About the role#
The Commercial organization manages the global commodity marketing and trading portfolio for ConocoPhillips. This internship provides exposure to energy markets and the company's value proposition. You will work within the commercial environment, receive guidance from a dedicated supervisor and mentor, and engage with the Commercial management team. The program concludes with a presentation summarizing your project work and internship experience.
What you'll do#
- Interact with front office personnel to gain insight into energy markets.
- Complete an assigned project and present your findings.
- Collaborate with the Commercial management team.
- Receive mentorship and professional guidance throughout the term.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Junior, Senior, or Graduate student pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum cumulative and major GPA of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis without company sponsorship.
- Availability for a minimum of ten continuous weeks.
