About the role#
This Customer Service and Logistics internship offers students a chance to apply classroom knowledge to the workforce. You will gain experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry by working with teams such as customer engagement, customer development, category management, and warehouse operations.
What you'll do#
- Assist with business-based projects.
- Generate and maintain reports while providing insights on business trends, cost impacts, and efficiency performance.
- Develop presentations for key stakeholders and leaders across North America.
- Build your understanding of the Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
What you'll need#
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Current enrollment as a Junior, graduating in Spring 2028.
- Progress toward an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Business, Business Analytics, Logistics, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a similar field.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work 20 hours per week during the school year and full time during the summer.
- Experience with Google Suite, SQL, Sigma, and Domo is preferred.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well within a team.
- Current authorization to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
