About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Summer 2027 term. You will work in a hybrid capacity, requiring the ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area. This role focuses on global logistics operations and supply chain coordination.
What you'll do#
- Track shipments, inventory levels, and delivery timelines across international markets.
- Support logistics planning to optimize transportation routes and reduce costs.
- Compile and analyze logistics data to identify trends and support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with global trade regulations, customs requirements, and import/export documentation.
- Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping companies to manage schedules and resolve issues.
- Assist in project management of logistics initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management regarding performance metrics and operational efficiencies.
- Support the integration and use of supply chain management software.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, International Business, or Logistics Management.
- Ability to work in the greater Milwaukee area during the summer.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship.
