About the role#
This is a full-time, one-year position based in Smyrna, Tennessee. You will work on-site for at least 30 hours per week. This role is open to students with senior status or recent college graduates.
What you'll do#
- Support the manager with daily logistics tasks including order processing, warehousing, and transportation.
- Analyze data regarding shipments, deliveries, and transportation costs to find trends.
- Manage documentation and assist with inventory control.
- Complete administrative tasks to support logistics processes.
- Work on special projects and department initiatives.
- Join team meetings to discuss current issues and future planning.
What you'll need#
- A bachelor degree or concentration in Supply Chain or Logistics.
- Senior student status or recent graduation.
- Proficiency in Google Workplace, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- The ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
