About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. You will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing remote work with time in the office. This role does not offer visa sponsorship.
What you'll do#
- Support sourcing, contracting, and renewal activities for software, SaaS, IT services, and AI technology suppliers.
- Assist with supplier onboarding, purchase requisitions, purchase order creation, and invoice payment assurance.
- Coordinate with Legal, IT Security, Data Privacy, Finance, and Risk Management teams to facilitate reviews and contract approvals.
- Conduct market research, spend analysis, and supplier benchmarking to support cost optimization.
- Analyze supplier proposals, pricing, and licensing models to identify risks and savings opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and track project milestones.
- Maintain procurement records, contract documentation, and reporting metrics using enterprise systems.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.
- Pursuit of an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area during the summer.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
