About the role#
The Executive Experience and Talent Programs team manages initiatives that shape employee experiences across the organization. As a Co-op, you will support the delivery and improvement of programs focused on Global Mobility, Severance, and Executive Appointment activities. This role offers hands-on experience in talent management while you work with digital tools to improve team effectiveness.
What you'll do#
- Support the delivery and continuous improvement of talent program initiatives.
- Use CAI, Copilot, and Power Automate to streamline team processes and workflows.
- Pull, organize, and analyze data to identify trends and inform program decisions.
- Create and update presentations and materials for communications and stakeholder updates.
- Manage SharePoint access, site administration, and list creation to maintain team resources.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree or related post-secondary program.
- Experience with CAI, Copilot, Power Automate, Workday, and Microsoft Office applications.
- A strong sense of curiosity and the ability to investigate complex problems.
- Digital literacy and a desire to grow your knowledge.
- Previous co-op experience in human resources or talent programs is an asset.

- This position is based in Toronto, Ontario.
- The role operates under a hybrid model, requiring 1-3 days per week on-site.
- This is a full-time, paid position.
