About the role#
Join the Technology Operations team as a Business Analyst Co-op. You will contribute to large-scale technology projects and initiatives that support our digital transformation. This role involves partnering with professionals to ensure systems operate effectively while providing technical expertise for project implementations. You will have the opportunity to work on 4, 8, or 12 month terms.
What you'll do#
- Work with Business Partners to formulate complex business requirements and support solution design discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve analytics delivery for projects.
- Participate in complex projects to design strategic solutions aligned with our enterprise architecture.
- Produce reports and analytics on projects and business operations.
- Research current processes to identify and implement improvements.
- Provide technical expertise for application or infrastructure projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in post-secondary education with an intent to return to full-time studies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate analysis and ideas.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize competing tasks.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate data and identify opportunities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and ServiceNow.
