About the role#
As a Student Branch Associate, you will serve as a representative of the company by delivering professional customer service and ensuring shipment accuracy. This role provides hands-on experience in branch operations, warehouse tasks, and customer support within an e-commerce environment. You will work in a supportive team setting designed to help you build professional skills and confidence.
What you'll do#
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service.
- Process and sort shipments with high accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Assist with inventory management, administrative tasks, and general branch operations.
- Take on additional tasks or projects as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in secondary or post-secondary education, or returning to school in the fall.
- Minimum age of 15 years old.
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada with a valid SIN.
- Residency in Ontario during the period of employment.
- Ability to wear steel-toe footwear, which is required for this role.
- Preferred fields of study include Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Logistics, or Human Resources.
