About the role#
As a Branch Associate, you serve as the face of the company by delivering professional service while ensuring shipment accuracy. This role provides hands-on experience in a logistics environment, focusing on operational efficiency and customer support. You will work within a team to maintain a welcoming branch atmosphere while gaining practical skills in a growing e-commerce company.
What you'll do#
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service.
- Process and sort shipments accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Assist with inventory, administrative tasks, and general branch operations.
- Take on additional tasks or projects as needed.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in secondary or post-secondary education, or graduated within the past six months.
- Minimum age of 15 years old.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada with a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN).
- Ability to wear steel-toe footwear, which is required for this role.
