Branch Associate

About the role#

As a Branch Associate, you will serve as the face of the company, providing professional customer service while ensuring the accuracy and compliance of shipments. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a growing e-commerce environment, with support and training provided to help you build your professional skills.

What you'll do#

• Deliver friendly, professional customer service.
• Process and sort shipments accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Assist with inventory, administrative tasks, and general branch operations.
• Take on additional tasks or projects as needed.

What you'll need#

• Currently enrolled in secondary or post-secondary education, or graduated within the past six months.
• Minimum 15 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada with a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN).
• Ability to wear steel-toe footwear, which is required for this position.
• Interest in fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Logistics.
